This service charge covers two trips to your residence and any time spent outside of your home researching and ordering parts. Please note that it does not include the cost of parts or labor time. My labor rate is $100.00 per hour, which is prorated every 15 minutes as follows:
I understand the importance of flexibility in payment methods. I accept checks or cash for my services.
I stand by the quality of my work. I meticulously perform all repairs to ensure that no issues arise, but in the rare event that one does, all parts are guaranteed for 1 year and labor is guaranteed for 90 days.
If an issue arises one day, or even one week, after the warranty period is over, you can rest assured that I will still try to help you because I know that a happy customer is a repeat customer.
